Welcome to SK LuxNatura Esthetics. By accessing or using our website and services (www.luxnaturaesthetics.com), or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Definitions

• Products: any skincare, body care, perfume/body mist, or related items sold on the Site

2. Ordering & Payment

1. Order Process: Browse Products → Add to Cart or “Buy Now” → Complete payment form → Receive email order confirmation. You may track your order status via our Order Tracking page or link in your confirmation email.
2. Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
3. Timing of Payment: Payment is processed immediately when you click “Pay Now” or “Place Order.”
4. Cancellations & Refunds:
   • Cancel before fulfillment to receive a full refund.
   • After fulfillment, cancellations are not permitted.
   • Post-fulfillment refund requests are reviewed case-by-case; valid product faults may qualify for a refund upon documentation.
5. Pricing & Taxes:
   • Prices displayed are final and based solely on ingredient quality and quantity.
   • We do not engage in predatory or competitive pricing.
   • Sales tax is collected automatically by payment processors.
   • Shipping costs vary by carrier and destination and are determined at checkout.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

1. Regions: We currently ship only within the United States.
2. Carriers: Multiple carriers based on availability and convenience.
3. Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you once we hand the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments after that point.

4. Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Window: Initiate returns within 15 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility:
   • Valid defects attributable to the Company (e.g. foreign objects) qualify for refund or replacement upon documentation.
   • Cosmetic package damage is generally not eligible, as carriers may be responsible.
3. How to Return: Email returns@skluxnaturaesthetics.com or use the Returns form on the Site.
4. Fees: No restocking fees; you will not be asked for any payment beyond the original purchase (and return shipping if applicable).

5. Product Disclaimer & Warranties

• External Use Only: Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Medical Advice: We are licensed estheticians and may offer basic skincare advice. If symptoms persist, consult your physician.
• No Warranty: Products are provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, images, logos, designs, and code—is the property of SK LuxNatura Esthetics, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct & Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping or harvesting data
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Circumventing security measures
• Impersonating others

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Damages

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Compliance with Other State Laws: We also comply with applicable federal and state consumer-protection, privacy, and product-safety laws, including but not limited to:

• California: CalOPPA, COPPA, Proposition 65
• Other States: Relevant skincare product labeling and e-commerce regulations

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. We may notify you of significant changes via email or on-Site banners. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Email Marketing: By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and marketing communications (promotions, discounts, product news). You may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Gift Cards & Bundles

• Gift Cards: Available in the future; never expire and may be used on any Product unless stated otherwise.
• Bulk Pricing: No bulk-order discounts; discounted pricing applies only to curated bundles or sale items.
